Seven month photo shoot with brother’s bear.  Taken a few days late (because, second child) and posted a few weeks late (because, life).

Hazel, you are too much in all the best ways.  You love to laugh and play games and be the center of attention.  You have started eating and attack food like it’s going to get away.  It was a rough three days, but you have two bottom teeth now.  You are persistent and possibly the most stubborn member of the family, which is certainly saying something.  You have a fierce temper but it never lasts long.  You have started sleeping much better now that I’ve allowed you to sleep on your tummy.  Your legs are so strong.  I’ve been kicked hard enough in the stomach to be sore.  Those rolls show no signs of disappearing soon.  You’ve started balancing on your hands and knees, but I’m in no hurry for you to start crawling!  When you’re on your back, you pump your legs to move backward, and you cover impressive distance at a quick clip this way.  You can also roll and scoot pretty effectively.  Max and you still have a special bond, and always prefer to be next to each other.  Your daddy is slowly making you more snuggly, but I still think you’re a mama’s girl.  We love you, Hazelnut.  What a gift you are!
