We hung out all day at the USO after Ben dropped us off on his way to work. Fortunately, they had a kitchen, a nursery, plenty of toys and books, and even a playground. After 8+ hours, our flight was finally we called. We rode back on a cargo plane. It was noisy, but I couldn’t keep earplugs in Hazel’s ears. The noise was convenient when Hazel yelled, so we didn’t disturb the other passengers. It was a long, but thankfully uneventful, 11 hours back to Okinawa.
