Another day, another hike!  We spent our Columbus Day hiking Inspiration point, just a couple of mile from home.  It was a tough climb for the little guy – 600 ft elevation gain in less than a mile!  Hazel was barely winded… but maybe that’s because I wore her on my back the whole way up.  Maybe.  It was a beautiful day.  In the last picture you can see where Carmel River meets the Pacific, and our neighborhood to the far right.
