Our last night! Max hid a rock in the corner to find for next time. You were good to us, Hawaii! We’ll be back!

We had fun catching a parade and festival. There were even traditional Japanese dancers, so we felt right at home.

Hanging out at the hotel. Max LOVES hotels, and this was no exception.

We are spoiled by Okinawa’s playgrounds. They are everywhere and they are awesome! We had to hunt to find this one in Waikiki, but it had swings and friends, so it was perfect.

After the hike, Hazel chased the waves with her shovels, and Max just floated happily in his rubber ducky float.

And finally getting around to posting the rest of the Hawaii photos… We hiked to the top of Diamond Head and some of us enjoyed it more than others. More Waikiki exploring. Hazel walked up and down this path stalking all the dogs that would walk by. Max found an empty McDonald’s cup (ew) and some sticks and made a prototype of some building he intends to build. It was a nice break from the Oki humidity.

It’s been almost a month since my last phots, so sorry! It’s been a busy, busy month. Traveling, a move, life… This was a cafe date with friends. These littles are always down for some tasty cafes! My friend was kind enough to hold the phone while Max FaceTimed with Daddy.

Getting acquainted with the new playground. It checks out so far, with both kiddos and spiders. 🕷😱
