Baby proofing: done. It’s easy, just remove all furniture from the room and add a bouncy ball.

I had a bad day yesterday. Nothing extraordinarily terrible, just all the little things and some disappointments. But a piece of my day included swinging with this guy on my lap, his head resting contentedly on my chest. I wouldn’t trade my “bad” days for the world.

He does not like peas but he is very proud of his ability to get them into his mouth. Works for me!

Uh oh. This is how Max greeted me this morning. He’s been sitting for months but this is the first time he has pulled himself into the sitting position. Time to lower the crib!

Fun with boxes!

We had fun at the National Zoo this week! We saw a baby panda and his mama, and my baby bear gave me a sweet kiss on the cheek. 🙂

Max’s favorite game right now is watching his dad build towers of blocks all over the living room and scooting from tower to tower to knock them down. He’s pretty good at it. 🙂
