We made it to the beach every day this week. The amount of sand I’ve swept up this week could create a new beach, but it’s totally worth it.

Dandelion wishes
You can guess what mornings in my house sound like. I do not recommend having your washer and dryer in your kitchen, if it can be helped.
We found the most peaceful cafe looking out over Onna beach last weekend. The inside was all open to the beautiful deck. Max enjoyed rocking and soaking up the views, and all of us enjoyed some of the best pizza we’ve had on the island.
Playground joy

I think I remember another small person fascinated with fire hydrants. And is it a coincidence that she’s been carrying around the little red fire engine from her puzzle everywhere? Cafe hopping in Urasoe for Mother’s Day
Always climbing.
Our walks are slow and sweet these days. We only make it a few blocks before Max spots a good tree to climb and Hazel wants out of her stroller to explore. And then we run in to friends and all end up at the playground.
