We had a Mommy-Max day at the beach and Max practiced his reading. It was nice to go to the beach without removing sand from anyone’s mouth.

Loving that reflection. I hope she always delights in her reflection like she does now. Not in a vain way – I am pretty sure she doesn’t even know that the reflection is hers – but in a way that is just happy to see the joy and beauty in front of her.

Watching Daddy mow the lawn. Clearly Mommy does not prioritize washing the windows. 🙈

Quick stop by Sunset Beach on a run. A few minutes after this picture, Max turned the lifeguard stand into his house.

These two. They love exploring together. Max loves creating new worlds, and Hazel loves putting things in her mouth. Somehow, they make these interests overlap.
