Max had his 12 month check up today, a little late since we were out of town for a while. He is 22 lbs 7 oz and 2.5 feet short. 😉 Growth is right on track.

He is taking plenty of steps, but still prefers to hold on to something to get around. He has his top two front teeth as well now, and eats whatever Ben and I are having for dinner.

He really enjoys emptying drawers, closing and opening doors, and, as always, stacking. He smiles and laughs a lot, and constantly tries to get us to chase him. When I sit on the floor, he maneuvers around to my back and then peeks around my shoulder, smiling and bobbing his head – this means he would like a piggy back ride. We have a lot of fun together!

He waves and gives high fives, and still gives plenty of kisses. He is a goofy guy; today he tried to sit on the cat, but no luck.

We are so thankful for this first year with Max Amos!

Just a few more snapshots of fun in Hawaii with our babes! Unfortunately, Ben had to work every day but one for the time we were there, so he’s not in any of my phone pics. We took several on his one day off with the camera, so I’ll post those as soon as I have a chance to upload and edit. Karen, I know I owe you so many photos!
