Just a bit of exploring on base.
The swings are another main attraction at Bios. It’s all fun and games until you fall off the swing. I happened to catch his moment of terror before he swung several feet in the air just hanging onto the ropes. Fortunately he has a pretty good grip.
And these roosters are just pretty.
A fun Saturday at Bios on the Hill. I think this is Max’s favorite place on island for the climbing. We all have fun here.
I’m pretty behind, but these are from about three weeks ago. There’s a small playground on base that we rarely visit, since there are so many great ones around here and this one isn’t that special. We pass it every time we go to the post office (no mail comes to our house, so we pick up about once a week). It does have one thing going for it: swings. Swings are a hard find out here for some reason, and this was a lovely spring day. Max asked if we could stop and I couldn’t think of one good reason why not. So we pulled over for a swing break and everyone was happy.
A random assortment of Hazel pictures. Max is having plenty of fun lately, too, but it seems Hazel is learning something new every day. More walking, more exploring, more climbing. Just trying to keep up with her big brother.
And just a few more. It was a fun afternoon.
Birthday photo shoot outtakes.
Beach day
Summer vibes. Pants optional (for those two and under).
Backyard picnic and a few walks around the block.
