Bubbles at the neighbors’ house was a hit!
All goals accomplished yesterday. Plus I made muffins and brushed my teeth. 💪🏻
Today I got both kids to an 8:20 doctor appointment, only 10 minutes late. I call that a win. Turns out success is relative… 😉
We made it out for a long walk AND to the playground yesterday. My new standard of achievement.
Clearly, makeup and contacts did not happen.
Today’s goals: keep 2 humans alive by myself. Leave the house, however briefly (porch totally counts). Drink plenty of water.
Max calls her Baby Hazel Smooshy Cheeks. I wonder why?
He’s into nicknames lately. Ben is Daddy Monster and my dad is Grandpa Shark.

What’s that? A full minute of newborn grunts and facial expressions? You’ve got it!
And just like that, our hearts grew bigger and we have a newest little love. We call her Hazel Elizabeth and can hardly believe God’s good gift to us.
We might be MIA in communication and posting over the next few weeks, but I’ll post plenty of pics and details soon.
