First and last day of his first year of “school.”  He grew a size in clothes and shoes, learned so many new words and songs and concepts, and inched closer to boyhood and further from babyhood.  I was not prepared for how hard and lovely it would be to watch my baby grow up.  Slow down, sweet boy.
